Tut: why brushes don't work

I often get noted about the how to use brushes, Or where to put them, And mostly why brushes don't work etc . For me its normal stuff but for people who start with psp, it can be confusing why there are 2 files needed to use them as brushes.

so I wrote a tutorial about it
