latest painting :
Oil on canvas size 50-70.. time spend on this one :almost 3 months
Sorry for the blurryness of the photo of the painting. With the flash the water was 'gone' and whithout its blur
Inspiration greek mythology about the titans
Reference model
water, labyrinth space came during the painting . The sketch was more black with fog , black space and moon. First time to paint a hand, and i'm actually quite pleased for the first time result
It started as a piece about chaos the titan and ended with a more hidden emotional twist :s
The beginning of life.. creation of water , air, nature ( leave on the back and knot on het leg) something like that.. On emotional level its about how we sometimes stick our head in the mud and ignore how beautifull nature and life can be
