Its another summoning piece, not intensional, it just happend
this time she waits to summon a dragon because he is waiting till a baby dragon comes from the egg (its actually the same dragon you can see in my journalfooter for the moment ) )
she is looking at he island, ready to jump in her boat, ( that is behind the rock of course lol so you can't see it ) whe the baby dragon hatch, because she needs to be one of the first person that the baby needs to see, so she can gain control over him, and that way build up a relationship and with that relationship also the power to summon the dragon...
