Create a sky with stars

Just a tutorial while i was working on the evocation of the elemental piece before i got totally crazy there. And that i worked with on the Atlas piece by adding more things ( not on deviantart yet)
Its a bit complicated, but thats me But maybe you can get some idea's from it
